I have heard Good Things about Be [0] - I don't have any experience with
them as yet, but they are top of the list for the house I'm about to
move in to this week (assuming we're close enough to the exchange, of
course - the estate agent has yet to get back to me with the phone
number, so I foresee some unconnected time :().
They seem to tick all the right boxes for what you want, anyway (and it
is rumoured that they have tech support people with Clue). I would just
add that you really want to steer well (multiple bargepole distance)
clear of NTL/Virgin/whatever they call themselves these days - if you
don't watch your uploads during the evenings, ping times can get to
~10s. That from (painful) personal experience.
Others may have personal experience that trumps my second-hand
information, mind.
