I've been very happy with UKFSN
www.ukfsn.org for several years,
possibly not the cheapest, but linux friendly and helpful when I've
needed it. I think some of their profit goes to support foss, although
I'm not sure how.
I'd definitely second Michael's warning about NTL/Virgin - barge poles
etc.
