NB OUCS appear to have signed the vpn access nodes with individual keys
for each node, which confuses NetworkManager which doesn't like
connecting to vpn.ox.ac.uk only to be presented with a certificate for
node0.vpn.ox.ac.uk. The simple fix is to tell NetworkManager to connect
directly to node0.vpn.ox.ac.uk instead of vpn.ox.ac.uk at which point
everything seems to work fine.
