I'm with IDNet. Apart from a brief woggle last autumn when they upgraded
all their equipment, they've proved very good. Fast pings, steady
speeds, no port blocking or traffic shaping, static IP if you want, plus
email and 24-meg ADSL2+ stuff now if you wish. I've never needed their
help but it's clearly well thought of and includes a fulsome webforum
called IDNetters. They're a medium-sized indie and remind me of Nildram
before Tiscali did for it. An advantage is that they do one-month
rolling contracts, useful if you know you'll be moving fairly soon.

If I wasn't with them I'd probably go for be/02.
