Thanks very much, John, for your swift reply.

I forgot to mention that the ISP needs to provide out of hours
support by phone.

The only ISPs I have found which provide out of hours phone
support in Oxford are :-

BT
Plusnet
John Lewis
EE
Direct save Telecom
