The mailing list for OxLUG announcements is now live.

If you have an announcement, send it to oxlug-announce@lists.compsoc.net.

This list is meant for people who don't wish to receive the quantity of messages that the oxlug list receives, and for people who wish to separate the announcements from the discussion (using the message headers).

You should only subscribe to one of the two lists - all messages sent to oxlug-announce@lists.compsoc.net will also be sent to oxlug list members. If you subscribe to both, you'll receive two copies of the announcements!

Neither list is moderated, but posting to both of the lists is restricted to email addresses of oxlug list members.

To swap lists, first send "subscribe oxlug-announce" to majordomo@lists.compsoc.net, then send the authorisation message you're prompted for, then send "unsubscribe oxlug".
